What is Zija’s exchange policy?
To see if you are eligible for an exchange, please call Customer and Distributor Support at 888-924-6872. You will need to receive an RMA number from one of our agents to begin your exchange.
- Product(s) must be unused and unopened.
- All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original order.
- Customer must pay to ship the product(s) back to Zija.
- Customer must pay for shipping of the new product(s).
When will I receive the new product(s) on my exchange?
Once the original product(s) has/have been returned to Zija, we will send the new product(s)
What will happen if the price of the new product(s) is different than the original product(s)?
The price between the items that are being exchanged and the items wanted in return needs to be the same.
